Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

What you are buying

PlantTech Jobs Canada sells a digital job-listing service. Your payment buys one job listing displayed on this website for 30 days. No physical goods are shipped. The service is provided by the operator of PlantTech Jobs Canada.

  • Standard listing: $99 CAD for 30 days.
  • Featured listing: $199 CAD for 30 days, shown above standard listings.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your listing is published automatically once Stripe confirms payment, and the 30-day period starts at that moment.

Cancelling before payment

If you leave or cancel the Stripe checkout page before paying, you are not charged and your listing is not published.

Refunds

Because the service is delivered as soon as your listing is published, fees are generally non-refundable once the listing is live. We will issue a full refund if:

  • you were charged but your listing was never published because of a problem on our side;
  • you were charged more than once for the same listing; or
  • we remove your listing within the first 48 hours for a reason that was not caused by a breach of our Terms of Service.

Listings removed because they breach our Terms of Service (for example, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content) are not refunded.

Cancelling a live listing

You may ask us to take your listing down at any time, for example once the position is filled. Early removal does not entitle you to a partial or pro-rated refund for the unused days.

How to request a refund or removal

Contact hello@planttechjobs.ca within 14 days of payment with the job title, company name and the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit. A refunded listing is removed from the site.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.
