These terms apply to your use of PlantTech Jobs Canada, operated by the operator of PlantTech Jobs Canada. By using the site or purchasing a listing, you agree to them.

The service

PlantTech Jobs Canada is a job board for industrial maintenance careers in Canada. Listings link to employers’ own career pages. We do not employ candidates, process applications or guarantee any hiring outcome. Availability of a position may change after publication.

Job listings

• A paid listing is a digital service that is displayed for 30 days from payment confirmation: Standard $99 CAD or Featured $199 CAD.
• Prices are set by us, shown in Canadian dollars and charged through Stripe.
• Listings are published only after Stripe confirms payment.

Employer responsibilities

You confirm that each listing describes a real, current position you are authorised to advertise; that it is accurate, lawful and non-discriminatory under applicable human rights and employment-standards law; and that the application link goes to a legitimate page.

Our rights

We may edit listings for formatting, or decline or remove listings that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are misleading or unlawful. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Third-party sites

Employer websites and Stripe’s checkout are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a listing is limited to the amount you paid for that listing.
